This was made using the skirt part of Sinbad & Sailor's Hepworth dress sewing pattern (which is sadly closing down).
I'm proud to say I'm getting to that stage of dressmaking where it doesn't look like a complete mess up close and I feel comfortable wearing it in public (and it only took me like 3 years). I think it's mainly down to getting a overlocker, which magically finishes seams so neatly and perfectly.
Also, I'm wondering if I should post close up photos of seams and the messy bits, which are all part of making your own clothes.
